the healthy Kimbap made by mom

Today’s dinner menu was Kimbap 김밥.
This is one of those dishes that is usually ordered in restaurant because it is difficult to prepare. There are many ingredients to prepare.

But today’s Kimbap, my mother prepared it without big effort.
But definitely much different from ordinary one. Why is that?
Regular Kimbap is a little salty. This is because it uses a lot of spices and has to be exciting for people to find it tasty.

On the contrary, the Kimbap from my mother is a healthy one, made with little seasoning and slightly bland.
And as you can see from the picture, there are no special ingredients.
Just the most basic ingredients.
Pickled radish, spinach, bacon, burdock.

For me, my mother’s Kimbap is the most delicious and the best of course.
Today I ate all the Kimbap without any problems.
It tastes so good that even if I eat it every day, I won’t get tired of it.
